Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your item and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
